I’ve got the recipe for you! As a veggie, I’m always looking for healthy meals that give me the nutrients I need, and this baked avocado egg boat fits the bill. Avocados have become a staple in my diet because of their great benefits (yay superfoods!), and yummy taste. This recipe is ready in just 20 minutes and will give you the energy you need to start your day off right. It’s so easy to make, and I love telling people to give it a try! It’s a very simple recipe so often overlooked, but I promise you won’t be disappointed.
If you’re looking for a good drink to pair with this recipe, then I have to suggest some delicious infused water. I have a nifty water bottle that has a special cage just for putting in yummy fruits and herbs to enhance my water. It’s definitely my favorite water bottle, and I take it everywhere. There are so many awesome combos of fruits, veggies, and herbs you can put together that taste awesome and are really good for you too!
