Mashed Avocado On Toast
Simple, delicious, ripe avocados mashed and mixed with your favorite ingredients to make a healthy, yummy, superfood-packed meal!
of shredded mozzarella cheese
Cut open avocado and remove pit, and skin
Place avocado in bowl and mash until well mixed (I like to leave a few chunks for texture)
Place bread into toaster, and toast for desired amount of time
Spread avocado mixture onto toasted bread
Add whatever toppings you like! Veggies, fruit, nuts, or whatever else your heart desires. Sometimes I’ll only add a sprinkle of shredded cheese to keep it simple.
Other times I’ll add a bit of diced tomato too. Either way, it’s a yummy treat!
